SCHOOLs
Jujitsucise delivers engaging, age-appropriate self-defence and wellbeing programmes for Primary Schools (KS2), designed to build confidence, self-control, and positive behaviour. Sessions blend fun fitness activities, basic personal safety skills, and mindset coaching to support emotional regulation, teamwork, and resilience. Programmes can be delivered as enrichment activities, extracurricular clubs, or end-of-term experiences, helping pupils build strong foundations for learning and life.
Secondary
SCHOOLs
Jujitsucise offers impactful self-defence and personal development programmes for Secondary Schools, supporting students during a key stage of physical, emotional, and social growth. PUPIL REFERRAL UNITS & ALTERNATIVE PROVISION
Jujitsucise delivers targeted programmes for pupil referral units and alternative provision, combining self-defence, fitness and life coaching to support personal development, behaviour, and re-engagement. Provision includes structured physical sessions, small-group coaching, personal safety education, and enrichment or reset days, all designed to build confidence, self-regulation and positive choices in a supportive, high-impact environment.
Colleges & Universities
Jujitsucise delivers engaging self-defence and fitness programmes tailored for colleges and universities, supporting young adults as they become more independent and confident in everyday life. Sessions include practical self-defence, situational awareness, and personal safety workshops, alongside regular fitness-based classes that build strength, resilience, and self-belief. We offer induction and fresher-week sessions, end-of-term and reward experiences, and ongoing provision - all adaptable for all abilities and designed to promote safety, wellbeing, and confidence on and off campus.


1:1
Jujitsucise also offers 1-to-1 and small-group personal training, combining fitness, pad work and practical self-defence tailored to individual goals. Sessions can be delivered at partner venues, in your home, or out in the community, providing complete flexibility. Training can also be booked for pairs or groups of two to three, creating a fun, motivating and confidence-building experience for friends or family who want to get stronger and safer together.
Women’s Only
Jujitsucise delivers empowering, high-energy women’s self-defence and fitness training designed to build confidence, awareness, strength and real-world safety skills. Each session is welcoming, supportive and tailored to the needs of women of all ages and experience levels. The focus is on developing practical self-defence techniques, understanding personal safety, improving physical fitness and boosting self-belief — all in a safe, structured and enjoyable environment.
