LIFE COACHING

Unlocking potential.

Jujitsucise delivers structured, values-based Life Coaching programmes designed to support students’ personal development, behaviour, mindset, and decision-making. Life coaching sits at the heart of our behaviour intervention work and can also be delivered as a standalone programme to sustain and build upon positive progress already made by students.

These sessions provide students with the time, space, and guidance to reflect on their choices, understand their behaviour, and develop the skills needed to become more confident, self-aware, and responsible individuals.

Designed and delivered by Mark Saunders — qualified teacher, former senior leader & DSL, Level 3 personal trainer, and experienced coach with extensive experience supporting young people across a wide range of school settings.

WHY SCHOOLS CHOOSE JUJITSUCISE LIFE COACHING

Schools value life coaching because it:

🥋 Sustains positive behaviour changes over time

🥋 Supports students beyond sanctions and consequences

🥋 Encourages ownership rather than compliance

🥋 Builds confidence and emotional maturity

🥋 Complements physical interventions and classroom strategies

When combined with self-defence and fitness sessions, life coaching becomes especially powerful — reinforcing lessons through both reflection and action.

LIFE COACHING AS A STANDALONE PROGRAMME

For schools that have already run behaviour interventions, life coaching can be delivered independently to:

  • Maintain momentum

  • Provide continued guidance and accountability

  • Embed long-term positive habits

This makes life coaching an excellent next step or follow-on provision.
