Women’s Classes.Combat and real-world self-defence at Repose Studio
Join our weekly women’s self-defence sessions at Repose Studio and build real confidence, awareness, and strength in a supportive environment.
Led by Sensei Mark Saunders, these beginner-friendly classes focus on practical self-defence, pad work, movement, and breathwork to help you feel safer and more prepared in everyday life.
At Jujitsucise, women learn how to:
- Stay calm under pressure
- Defend against grabs and common threats women may face
- Understand real-life threat scenarios and early decision making
- Build confidence through boxing glove and pad work
- Move with speed, awareness and purpose
- Train to high, fast-paced music
- Experience an intense workout combined with practical self-defence
- Small groups. Supportive environment. Beginner friendly.
