Why Self-Defence & Yoga?
Feeling confident and prepared isn’t just about knowing how to physically defend yourself. It’s also about awareness, mindset, movement and remaining calm when under pressure.
Self-defence develops confidence, practical skills and the ability to respond. Yoga and breathwork develop balance, control and calm.
Stronger Together brings the two together, helping women leave feeling stronger in both body and mind.
