Step into a powerful, high-energy training experience designed to build real confidence, strength, and awareness.
These weekly women’s combat sessions combine practical self-defence with an intense workout environment, set to pumping music, fast-paced pad work, and dynamic training.
Led by Sensei Mark Saunders, founder of Jujitsucise, each session focuses on practical skills, controlled training, and empowering women with the tools to move, think, and respond with confidence in real-world situations.
This isn’t sport.
This isn’t about fighting.
It’s about knowing what to do when it matters.
