International Women’s Day
Self-Defence & Wellness Event

Location: Repose Studio

This International Women’s Day, we come together to build confidence, personal safety, strength and empowerment. In line with this year’s theme “Give To Gain”, we create space for women to grow stronger physically and mentally through practical self-defence, movement, and community support.

Women’s Self-Defence Session

2:00 – 2:30pm

Yoga Flow & Stretch

Led by Elle Baio Repose Studio

 

2:30 – 3:30pm

Social Catch-Up

At Simple Café (opposite Repose Studio) - optional
