
My name is Mark Saunders and I am the founder of 'Jujitsucise'.
I am a qualified level 3 personal trainer and have over 20 years of experience training in Japanese Jujitsu through the British Jujitsu Association (Gendai no Shinka Jujitsu) and the Fighting Arts Organisation of Great Britian (Kempo Jujitsu).
What is Jujitsucise?
Jujitsucise is a fitness class which focuses on strength and conditioning combined with simple but effective self-defence originating from Japanese Jujitsu.
Who is the class for?
Our Jujitsucise class is designed for anyone aged 12 and over who wants to get fit and learn some self-defence skills. Whether you’re a complete beginner or have prior experience, our training is tailored to help you develop fitness, confidence, and the ability to protect yourself in any sceanrio.
