Behaviour intervention
A targeted intervention for pupils who would benefit from additional guidance with behaviour, emotional regulation, confidence and personal development, combining life coaching with practical self-defence and movement-based learning. Delivered in small groups over a structured number of weeks, the programme gives pupils a safe, supportive space to build the self-awareness and coping strategies they need to manage their emotions and make more positive choices. Sessions are designed to complement your school's existing behaviour and safeguarding policies, with regular check-ins and a clear record of progress throughout.

Extra-curricular clubs
Fun, energetic and structured sessions combining fitness, self-defence and personal development in a safe and engaging environment. Suitable for all abilities and aligned with your Personal Development curriculum. Running weekly before or after school, each club gives pupils a positive, active outlet that builds physical confidence alongside the social and emotional skills they'll use well beyond the session itself. Coaches adapt every activity to suit the group, so pupils of all abilities and confidence levels can take part, progress and enjoy themselves

Year 6 Transition Ready
Starting secondary school is one of the biggest milestones in a child's education. Year 6 Transition Ready equips pupils with the confidence, awareness and practical skills to make a safe, positive move into Year 7. Each workshop blends classroom-based learning with fun, practical activities. Pupils explore situations they're likely to encounter, from travelling independently to navigating new friendships, before putting what they've learned into practice through hands-on challenges. Every session leaves pupils feeling genuinely prepared for September.

Curriculum enrichment days
Engaging, active and memorable experiences that reinforce key personal development themes through practical learning. Available for individual classes, year groups or whole-school events. Each enrichment day is built around your school's calendar and priorities, whether that's a wellbeing week, a sports day or a themed celebration, giving pupils a hands-on, high-energy experience that brings personal development off the page and into practice.
